What happens to my trip after it ends?

It stays in your account. Every round, score, match result, side game, expense and payment is kept, and the trip stays on your dashboard and on every player's dashboard for as long as you want to look back at it.
How do I mark a trip finished?
On the trip's Settings tab, change the status from Active to Completed. Use Archived for a trip you want out of the way. Nothing is deleted either way, and you can set it back.
Can I link this year's trip to last year's?
Not yet. A series view (champions by year, lifetime records, an all-time leaderboard, edition numbers like "the 12th Annual", and adding past years you ran on paper) is planned. For now, keep each year as its own trip with the year in the name.
