How do we settle up at the end of the trip?

Open the Expensestab and look at the settle-up. It lists each player's net position and the shortest list of payments that squares everyone. Captain's Pick never holds or moves money.

What goes into the ledger?

• Side-game pots. Buy-ins and winnings from every skins, low net, low gross, snake and hole-challenge game, exactly as the Side Games tab shows them.
• Shared expenses. Add anything one person fronted (the house, the van, the Saturday dinner), who paid, and how it is split.
• Payments. When someone pays someone, log it with a note and the ledger updates.

How is it netted?

Everything is zero-sum: every dollar won was lost by someone. The app sums each player's position across all three sources, then works out the minimum set of pay-this-person transactions that clears every balance. Six players with six different balances usually settle in three or four payments instead of fifteen.

Can players pay through the app?

No. The app shows who owes whom. Settle between yourselves, then log the payment and the ledger updates.
